Roots’ Reggae Reggae Chicken

Serves 3 or 4

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan until hot, add the sliced chicken and fry until cooked through and golden brown.
  • In another saucepan heat the Reggae Reggae Cooking Sauce then add the diced peppers.
  • Leave it to simmer for 5 minutes, add the cooked chicken and serve with rice and peas. Easy!

  • ½ red pepper, cut into small dice
  • ½ green pepper, cut into small dice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
