Roots’ Reggae Reggae Chicken
Serves 3 or 4
- Heat the oil in a saucepan until hot, add the sliced chicken and fry until cooked through and golden brown.
- In another saucepan heat the Reggae Reggae Cooking Sauce then add the diced peppers.
- Leave it to simmer for 5 minutes, add the cooked chicken and serve with rice and peas. Easy!

- Chicken
- ½ red pepper, cut into small dice
- ½ green pepper, cut into small dice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
