Fiery Prawn Skewers – a superlicious starter
Serves 4
- Thread prawns and cherry tomatoes onto a skewer alternating until all 8 skewers are filled
- Place onto a plate or tray and cover with the bottle of Fiery Guava Sauce, leave to marinate for 30 minutes
- After 30 minutes place the prawns onto a baking tray and grill under a high heat for approx 10 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with the extra sauce
- Once cooked serve with an extra pot of Fiery Guava for a dippalicious dip

- 1 Punnet Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Bottle Fiery Guava Dipping Sauce
- 8 Wooden Skewers
